Common questions
How do I sign in?
Shambld uses Sign in with Apple or a 6-digit code sent to your email — no password to remember. If a code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and that the address is correct, then request a new one.
How do crews and leaderboards work?
Create a crew, then count an event toward it when you set the event up. Once you finalize an event's results, placement points roll up into that crew's lifetime leaderboard.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data and can't be undone. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll help.
Something isn't working
Make sure you're on the latest version, then send us a note with your device model and what happened — screenshots help.
Stay safe
Shambld is a tool for organizing and scoring social games — it doesn't host events or serve anything. Know your limits, look out for your crew, and never drink and drive. You must be of legal drinking age where you live to use Shambld.
